Free 5-Class pass to BD's Group Training Schedule
We run a Crossfit/ Functional Fitness style program that includes a dynamic warm-up, skill or strength piece, a conditioning metcon (or “WOD”), and recovery/ mobility work.
Workouts can always be scaled up or down to cater for all demographics (beginner to advanced).
Our program is clinically structured, but elements are adapted every day to keep it fun and interactive.
Limit: 5 Classes
